Follow the form to receive the RMA number and proceed with assistance.

Which products do you need assistance with?

You can enter 3 items for each form. 

Start with the first one. 

Once you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with a summary of the form at the email address you provided. Our staff will then send you the RMA number and instructions for shipping the products. 

2) Download the fillable RMA form

Download it, fill it in (even with your PC), scan it and send it to assistance@luxled.it. You will receive an email from our customer service.
