CH64D is the advanced version of this line of industrial ceiling lights. It is an Italian project based on research and applications in the industrial field. The CH64D ceiling lamp is a lamp with a square base, optimal for giving a quadrangular flow to the ground without light holes (typical of ceiling lamps with a round base). The type of LEDs used in this product are POWER LEDs with power normally between 1 and 4 W, made up of 4 power chips. However, they are the most resistant, most protected LEDs, equipped with a primary lens and are the only ones that can last over 60,000 hours… they are also the most expensive. In CH64D there are no less than 64 LEDs, spaced out so as to guarantee a uniform flow on the ground.
CH64D, unlike the basic version, has an electronic heart that allows it to perform different performances, such as AUTO-DIMMING, without any need for data cables. Each lamp is equipped with an optical sensor that measures the ambient brightness. The autodimming allows, depending on the presence or absence of natural light (different for each room and given by the presence of doors, windows and skylights) an important energy saving that can reach up to 20%. The electronic heart of CH64D also allows a CONSTANT FLOW with variable power for the entire useful life of the appliance.
The front of the ceiling light is in powder-coated aluminum, drilled in correspondence with the LEDs which in turn are protected by optical silicone lenses. The lenses, called optics, are also a LuxLED project and allow, depending on the type, an application based on the installation height.
The lamp cover is in glass-based PA6 technopolymer, highly resistant to high temperatures. The LED Driver is also installed inside the cover.
CH64D dissipates on the front, and therefore does not need, on the rear part, heavy finned dissipators which, in the industrial sector, only concentrate dust and dirt, effectively reducing the primary dissipating power.
