The LONGITUDINAL distribution of the LEDs in EcoBar luminaires gives a uniformity of light, along the row, of 99% compared to 75-80% of HPS lamps and TOP compact LEDs with optics and 60-65% of TOP compact LEDs without optics.

In row crops, with EcoBar LEDs positioned just 50 cm from the tops, there is no light leakage outside the greenhouse or onto internal structures (poles, cables, spools), nor is there any light leakage to the ground or sky. 98-99% of the light is captured by the plants, compared to 85-86% with HPS lamps and TOP compact LEDs.

The EcoBar solution distributes 75% of light inside the rows and 25% outside, to compensate for the natural lighting that provides a lot of light outside the row and little inside.
