Once the form has been sent you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the form to the email address you entered; our staff will then send you the RMA number and instructions for shipping the products.

2) Download the fillable RMA form

Download it, fill it out (even with your PC), scan it and send it to assistance@luxled.it. You will receive an email from our support service.
